(Sawaiya)
Kaun Ko Laal Salono Sakhi, Vah Jaaki Badi Ankhiyaan Aniyaari. [1]
Johan Bank Visaal Ke Banani, Vedhat Hai Ghat Teechhan Bhaari. [2]
Raskhani Samhaari Parai Nahin Chot, Su Koti Upaay Kare Sukhkaari. [3]
Bhaal Likhyau Vidhi Het Ko Bandhan, Kholi Sakai Aiso Ko Hitkaari. [4]
- Shri Raskhan, Raskhan Ratnavali
A Braj maiden curiously asks her friend: “Whose son is this, who has mesmerizing, large eyes?” [1]
The glances from His [Śrī Kṛṣṇa's] wide, playful eyes are like sharp arrows that pierce to the very core of one’s being. [2]
Śrī Raskhān states: “You may try every remedy to soothe the agony of these wounds, but it is an impossible task.” [3]
If the Creator has inscribed upon your forehead the destiny of being bound to Him, then what well‑wisher can sever those unbreakable bonds? [4]
