Jaipur Temple was constructed by Maharaja Sawai Madho Singh Ji of Jaipur to bring happiness to his spiritual master, Brahmachari Shri Giridhari Sharan Ji. In about thirty years, this grand temple was constructed with a significant amount of money spent. Thousands of skilled laborers and artisans worked diligently to complete the project. The temple is built with red stone from Rajasthan and has a courtyard with 16 pillars that have beautiful carvings. Within the temple, there are three grand gates that lead to different sanctums. The northern sanctum houses Shri Anand Bihari Ji, while the central sanctum is dedicated to Shri Radha Madhav Ji. The southern sanctum is the abode of several deities, including Shri Nitya Gopal Ji, Shri Giridhari Ji, Shri Sanak-Sanatan-Sanandan-Sanatkumar, and Shri Narad Ji, all seated in divine splendor. The deities were enthroned at this very temple in the year 1916 AD.
Located in the southern section of the temple lies the Shripad Baba Goshala, home to a staggering seven thousand cows. The railway line from Mathura to Vrindavan was built by Maharaj Madho Singh in order to transport the red stone there. The temple occupies a space of roughly 100 acres. This temple exhibits Rajasthan's traditional old art.
As of now, the Government of Rajasthan oversees the management of this temple.
