Isht Hi Ke Rang Raanchai, Isht Hi Ki Kripa Jaanchai,
Isht Bina Aur Nahin Jaake Hiy Vaasna. [1]
Isht Hi Kou Gaavai Jas, Bhaavai Isht Hi Kou Ras,
Isht Bina Kaahu Ki Ju Raakhai Man Aasna. [2]
Isht Hi Te Paavai Maan, Isht Bal Balvaan,
Isht Bina Chaahai Man Kahoon Kou Nikasna. [3]
Ras Rupi Isht Dhaam, Taahi Mein Atal Vaas,
Yaahi Kou Rasik Kahain Sudridh Upasna. [4]

One who is immersed in the hue of love of His beloved deity (Iṣṭa), seeks only the grace of His beloved deity, and whose heart harbors no other desires apart from His beloved. [1]

One whose steadfast residence is in the nectar‑like abode of His beloved deity; this is what rasikas (connoisseurs) refer to as steadfast devotion to His worshipful deity. [4]
