(Sawaiya)
‘Ra’ Kahe Bhav Bheer Ghatay Aru,
Peer Mitay Jag Hoy Abadha. [1]
‘Dha’ Ke Kadhay Mukh Te Dhan Dharm Badhay,
Hari Bhakti Poojay Man Saadha. [2]
Shastra Puran Ko Bhed Lakhyo Nahi,
Radhika Naam Ko Arth Agadha. [3]
‘Priyadas’ Kari Hari Ne Aaradhan,
Naam Parayo Taate Shri Radha. [4]
- Shri Priyadas
When one utters the syllable "Rā," it diminishes the fear of worldly existence, alleviates all sorrows, and bestows boundless joy. [1]
When one utters the syllable "Dhā," righteousness flourishes, prosperity abounds, and the mind becomes immersed in the supreme worship of Hari through devotion. [2]
Even the scriptures and Purāṇas fail to comprehend the incomparable and boundless meaning of the name Rādhikā. [3]
Śrī Priyādāsa says, Śrī Hari worshipped Śrī Rādhikā, and thus She is lovingly known as "Śrī Rādhā." [4]
