Some place their faith in Jupiter (Guru), who imparts divine knowledge to the demigods, while others trust Venus (Śukra), the protector of demons. [2]
Some believe in Saturn (Śani), who punishes the cruel‑hearted through his gaze, and some in Mars (Maṅgal), hoping to gain sons and kingdoms. [3]
Some trust Rāhu and Ketu, the shadow planets; but as for me, I place my unwavering faith in the one and only — my beloved Śrī Gopāl (Lord Kṛṣṇa). [4]
