Moments at Banke Bihari Gali
Bankey Bihari Temple was established by Swami Haridas (Lalita Sakhi in Dvapara Yuga), a guru of the famous singer Tansen. By his sangeet sadhana, the Celestial couple Radha Krishna appeared in front of him and on the request of Shri Swami Ji the couple merged into one and the deity of Banke Bihari appeared there. The deity was established in Nidhivan earlier, but with time, it has been established here. Shri Banke Bihariji has captivated lacs of devotees with his cutting eyes, bewitching smile and enticing form. Even today a great number of devotees have experienced his miracles.
