Beholding the lotus face of Śrī Rādhā, Nandanandana Śrī Kṛṣṇa stands utterly astonished and captivated. How mysterious are the ways of divine love that Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa, who Himself is the moon of Vraja and the enchanter of the three worlds, becomes like a cakora bird, gazing unblinkingly upon the moonlike face of Śrī Rādhā.
Lord Brahmā and Indra say, “We do not desire the sovereignty of Brahmaloka or even the throne of heaven. If we could obtain the fortune of becoming even a single tree in Braj, we would remain there forever.”
Whether gods or humans, kinnaras or nagas — all beings declare that if they could obtain the sacred raja (sand) of Braj, their lives would be truly blessed and their destiny fulfilled.
When Sri Krishna adorns Sri Radha, the moment His hands touch Her divine body, He begins to tremble and sweat profusely in divine ecstasy. In this state of divine love, the Lord of Braj, Sri Krishna, finds Himself unable to continue even a little of Her adornment.
One who is beyond the comprehension of even Goddess Kālī, Lord Śiva, and Brahmā. One who is worshipped by Indra, Varuṇa, and Kubera.
Among all the sacred places seen or heard of, none can compare with the land of Braj, whose dust has been sanctified by the touch of Śrī Kṛṣṇa's lotus feet and forever dyed in the color of His divine love.
That very Śrī Hari, whose glory is so magnificent that the residents of all the fourteen worlds eternally meditate upon His lotus feet, constantly serves Śrī Rādhārāṇī, the supreme Queen of Vṛndāvana, in His form as Śrī Kṛṣṇa, by decorating Her lotus feet with mahāvara (alta).
