During the mahārāsa of Śrī Rādhā and the sakhīs, when Śrī Rādhā suddenly disappeared from the midst of the sakhīs, they cried out with tearful eyes in the pain of separation. At that very moment, the supremely tender and ever-youthful Śrī Rādhā appeared before them, smiling softly and gently.
When Shri Radha, with supreme enchantment, picked up the flute with Her lotus hands and played it upon Her lips, the sweetness of Her melody cast a divine spell over all of Vrindavan. Both movable and immovable beings became ecstatic, as if Sri Radha Herself had stolen every heart.
When Shri Radha, the queen of divine love, performed Raas dance in the sacred Raas Mandala, with each gopi, the Braj gopis were immersed in the supreme ocean of bliss. Overwhelmed with love, they offered everything at the lotus feet of Shri Radha.
You alone are my life, O eternally youthful, Radha, and my eyes seek no other vision but yours. Knowing this, I worship you exclusively, O crown jewel of all Rasikas.
The devotees immersed in the nectar of Shri Radhika find no pleasure in any other nectar, just as one who has tasted the sweetness of grapes would not desire the bitterness of neem.
According to various padas of Maharas written by Shri Vanshi Ali Ji, the gopis consider Shri Radha as their beloved instead of Shri Krishn. There is hardly any devotional bhava that exist for Shri Krishn. In this pada, Vanshiali Ji says, Gopis were doing Maharaas with Sri Radha, and in between Shri Radha disappeared, and the gopis were crying and yearning for Her togetherness.
