Whoever recites or hears these one hundred Vṛndāvana glories with devotion will forever have the radiant light of Vṛndāvana shining within the heart.
I have adopted this one means to give my mind a firm support—that while describing the divine sweetness of Śrī Vṛndāvana, my mind and intellect may remain absorbed in its transcendental rasa.
Śrī Dhruvadāsa Jī says, "I have strung a garland of one hundred gems comprising the glories of Śrī Vṛndāvana. Only one who is destined by supreme good fortune to wear it will indeed adorn himself with it."
May all the sensory pleasures and attachments of this physical body fall away, even if this body becomes weak. Let only the colors of divine love (prema) intensify within my heart as I forever wander along the sacred banks of the Yamunā.
May the glimpse of the supremely divine form of Śrī Śyāmā-Śyāma ever remain before my eyes, and may my mind also be forever dyed in the color of that very love-bliss.
One should dwell blissfully in Vṛndāvana, completely free from anxiety, content with whatever simple greens and vegetables are obtained effortlessly every two or three days.
A devotee residing in Vṛndāvana should treat everyone with great gentleness and never behave harshly toward anyone. One who lives in Vṛndāvana with control over one's desires and without conflict with others will have no enemies anywhere.
Everything within the fourteen worlds is perishable; yet this Śrī Vṛndāvana Dhāma alone is the abode of innate bliss and is eternally imperishable.
One should not even touch those in whose hearts no enthusiasm and rasa arise upon hearing the glories of Śrī Vṛndāvana; indeed, their association must be completely abandoned.
Within this world, the peerless Vṛndāvana is manifestly shimmering and resplendent; yet the soul is unable to experience its very embodiment of rasa—this, too, is indeed a manifestation of Māyā.
This human body is like a priceless jewel, yet even after attaining it, you are throwing it in vain out of ignorance. This is just like someone throwing away their own precious wealth with their own hands. In truth, the unconquerable māyā of Śrī Kṛṣṇa has bewildered the entire world with Her enchanting power.
Vṛndāvana! Oh, merely by uttering half of its name, ‘Vṛndā’, the entire multitude of one’s sins is destroyed, and the sweet creeper of love for rasa-bhajana sprouts within the purified heart.
O tongue! At every moment, chant only the sweet names of this supremely blissful, joy-embodied Śrī Dhāma—'Vṛndāvana, Vṛndāvipina, and Vṛndākānana.'
Even while present upon this earthly realm, Śrī Vṛndāvana remains supreme, worshipped by Lakṣmīp Viṣṇu Himself; what other place could ever compare to it?
Who indeed can comprehend the glory of that Śrī Vṛndāvana and the divine abundance of its rasa, beholding the splendour of which even Brahmā, Śiva, Indra, and the other gods themselves are utterly captivated and spellbound?
While residing in Śrī Vṛndāvana, establish this firm resolve in your mind: even if presented with millions of temptations, I will give up my very life, but I will never leave Śrī Vṛndāvana.
One should eternally reside in such a Śrī Vṛndāvana, where, as one walks and wanders, only the name of “Śrī Rādhāvallabha Lāla” is heard.
One's mother, father, friend, or son cannot be considered one's true well-wishers if they create obstacles in one's residing in Śrī Vṛndāvana Dhāma.
O mind! What comparison is there between your absorption in worldly desires and the supremely blissful Śrī Vṛndāvana, the very embodiment of eternal existence, consciousness, and bliss? By the causeless mercy of Śrī Hita Mahāprabhu, you have obtained this rare and precious opportunity. Therefore, understand this truth well, abandon your self-conceit and cleverness, and wholeheartedly take shelter of Śrī Vṛndāvana.
Śrī Dhruvadāsa Jī says, "I have taken shelter of such a Vṛndāvana where, even if the restless mind begins to run towards worldly objects, bhajana catches its hand midway and saves it from falling—that is, it protects it."
