Panche Bhulai Deh Sudh, Chhathe Bhavana Raas Ki.
Satai Pavai Riti Ras, Shri Svami Haridas Ki.
- Shri Bhagavat Rasik, Ananyanishchayatmak Granth, Uttarardh (36)
There are various stages of devotion. In the fifth stage, the sādhaka completely loses all awareness of the physical body, and in the sixth stage, he relishes the transcendental nectar of the divine Mahārāsa. In the Śrīmad Bhāgavata Mahāpurāṇa, this very attainment is described as the ultimate goal. However, according to Śrī Bhagavadda Rasika Jī, there is a state even superior to this, wherein the jīva attains the pure, loving rasa-rīti of Śrī Vṛndāvana and the nectar of eternal love-plays, 'nitya-vihāra-rasa'—which has been sung by the crest-jewel of rasikas, Svāmī Śrī Haridāsa Jī, in his divine vāṇī.
