Nava Grama, Braj or Kunjera in Braj - Divine Pastimes

The pastime place of Nava-grama lies south-west of Radha-Kunda, Goverdhan. Its present name is Kunjera. This is the boundary of the Kunjas of Radha Kunda. Nava-grama is called Kunjera because of the kunjas within it. Here the gopies arranged themselves in the form of an elephant (Kunjera) and Krishna climbed upon them. This place is also known as Kunjera on account of this playful event.
