Re Mana Vrindavipin Nihaar - Shri Bhata Devacharya

Re Mana Vrindavipin Nihaar.
Yadpi Mile Koti Chintamani Tadapi Na Hath Pasaar. [1]
Vipin Raaj Seema Ke Bahar, Harihun Ko Na Nihaar.
Jai Shri Bhata Dhuri Dhusar Tan, Yeh Aasa Ura Dhaar. [2]
- Shri Bhata Devacharya, Yugal Shatak

O my mind, gaze only upon the sacred forest of Vṛndāvana. Even if you were to be offered tens of millions of wish-fulfilling gems (ciṁtāmaṇi), do not stretch out your hand to receive them. [1]

Do not look even towards Lord Hari Himself if He be outside the boundaries of this supreme forest (Vipina-rāja). Śrī Bhaṭṭa says, cherish only this one hope within your heart—that your body may always be covered in the holy dust of this divine land. [2]
