In the same way, Brahmalok, Shivalok, and all other realms are under the control of Shri Bihari Ji. This soul, too, moves under the influence of His Maya (divine power). Swami Shri Haridas Ji says, “Understand this deeply: it is impossible to attain the supreme, eternal glory, and true grace without the mercy of Shri Bihari Ji.” [2]
