(Kavitt)
Guni Jan Sevak Aur Chaakar Chatur Ke Hain,
Kavin Ki Mati Chitt Hita Gun Maani Ke. [1]
Seedhen Saun Seedhe Mahaan Baanke Ham Baankein Saun,
Harichand Nakad Damaad Abhimani Ke. [2]
Chahabai Ki Chaah, Kahu Kee Na Paravah,
Neki Neh Ke Diwane Surat Nivani Ke. [3]
Sarvas Rasik Ke Sudas Das Premin Ke,
Sakha Pyare Krshn Ke Gulaam Radha rani Ke. [4]
- Shri Bhartendu Harishchandra, Bhartendu Granthawali
Śrī Harichand says: We are servants of the virtuous devotees of the divine couple Śrī Rādhā–Kṛṣṇa, and attendants of Their wise sakhīs. We dwell in the hearts of rasik poets who describe the divine pair, and also in the hearts of those who praise Them and sing Their glories. [1]
Compared to Their simple-hearted devotees, we are even more simple; and among the crooked, we are the most crooked. We are exclusive devotees of Śrī Rādhā and forever live in the loving pride of belonging to Our Swāminī. [2]
We desire only what Śrī Śyāmā–Śyām desire, and we care for no one else, whoever they may be. We are mad in Their love and remain absorbed in the nectar of Their beautiful forms. [3]
The complete wealth of our lives is Rasik saints, and we lovingly serve such loving devotees, for we are the servants of the servants of the divine couple, Śrī Rādhā Kṛṣṇa. We are companions of Śrī Kṛṣṇa and eternal servants of Śrī Rādhārānī. [4]
