Deethi Hu Kau Bhaar Jani Dekhat Na Dheeth Bhari - Shri Dhruvdas

Deethi Hu Kau Bhaar Jani Dekhat Na Dheeth Bhari,
Aisi Sukumari Nain Prananhu Te Pyari Hai. [1]
Madhuri Sahaj Kachu Kahat Na Bani Aave,
Nekuhi Ke Chitvat Chakit Bihari Hai. [2]
Kaun Bhaanti Mukh Ki Anoop Kaanti Sarsati,
Karat Vichar Tau Jaati Na Bichari Hai. [3]
‘Hit Dhruv’ Man Paryo Roop Ke Bhanwar Maanjh,
Neh Bas Bhaye Sudhi Deh Ki Bisaari Hai. [4]
- Shri Dhruvdas, Bayalees Leela, Shringar Shat 1.47

Śrī Hit Dhruvdās says that Śrī Kṛṣṇa doesn’t look towards Śrī Rādhā continuously because of the fear that it may impact load upon the tender face of Śrī Rādhā. Śrī Rādhā is more dear to Śrī Kṛṣṇa than His own eyes and life. [1]

Her beauty cannot be described; a mere glimpse of Her drives Him crazy. [2]

He keeps on thinking about the radiance of an ineffable sweetness of Śrī Rādhā’s face, whose depth is impossible to ponder. [3]

Śrī Hit Dhruvdās says, In this way, Śrī Kṛṣṇa’s mind is enchanted by the beauty of Śrī Rādhā’s form and He lost the awareness of His body. [4]
