- Shri Gadadhar Bhatt Ji

May You always reign supreme, Sri Radhike, sweet Radha, You Who are an Ocean of Joy. You are the Crest jewel of eternally youthful Form. You are the female chataka bird imbibing the nectar from the dark blue rain-filled cloud that is Sri Krishna's body and the female chakora bird that stares at the beams emanating from Sri Krishnas moon-like Face. [1]

You are the Lotus in which the bees of Sri Krishna's eyes take rest and the cord with which to bind them when they wander like deers searching for You. You are the honey bee that tastes the sweet nectar of His Love. You are immersed in the ocean of loving mood that ensues from the singing of His praises. [2]

My path to this revelation is highly extraordinary and phenomenal-Your heart is steeped in His dark color, but Your Form is very fair. And it is even more surprising, neither seen nor heard elsewhere, that You are steeped in all the 64 skillful arts and yet You are so simple and innocent. [3]

Your heart is different from that of all others, for it contains the heart of Your Beloved that You have stolen! The poet Gadadhara says, "I don't really know how I can describe all of this-for it is unique in its purity and I am of very small intelligence!" [4]
