Lord Krishna is Saying to Shri Radharani "Please go to this immortal world and take avatar"
Shri Radha said "you keep saying that, go to this immortal world, but what will i do there, there is no Vrindavan, Mathura or Braj Dham on this Earth"
Krishna said "Come to Vaikuntha, I will give you a lump of mud from there, from that lump of mud, a land will be created on earth as far as the mud is spread, which will be called "Braj Dham". In that Braj Dham, all the places of pilgrimage will exist, like Mathura, Vrindavan, Gokul, Goverdhan, Barsana, Nandagaon, etc. And whoever Circumambulate's the whole 84 Kos Braj Dham, will be free from birth and death.
Lord Said "Now you must go to Earth"
Once, in Yamuna, a Lotus which was illuminating by itself came by the flow of water. Mother Keerti Ji was stunned by seeing that Lotus. She thought that it is mere a Lotus flower, but illumating by itself like gold. Slowly the Lotus flower came near by flow of water. When sun arises, sunrays fall on that Lotus flower. When the Lotus came near, Mother Keerti saw a baby girl with her eyes closed on that Lotus flower. Mother Keerti Ji heard the voice "you pray everyday for a baby girl, now take this baby girl with you". Shri Radha is called as Kishori in Barsana, She was raised there and here in Raval, She is called as Ladili.
