(Raag Kanharau and Yaman)
Aaj Bane Sakhi Nandkumar.
Vaam Bhaag Vrishbhan Nandini Lalitadik Gaave Sinhdvar. [1]
Kanchan Thaar Liyeju Kamal Kar Mukta Phal Phulan Ke Haar.
Rori Ko Sir Tilak Viraajat Karat Aarati Haras Apaar. [2]
Yah Jori Avichal Shrivrindavan Asees Det Sakal Vrajnaar.
Kunjmahal Mein Raajat Dou Parmanand Das Balihaar. [3]
- Shri Parmanand Das, Parmanand Sagar (795)
Today, my dear friend, Sri Krishna, Son of Nanda, is looking most attractive.! At His left side is Sri Radhaji, Daughter of Sri Vrishbhanu. Lalitaji and the other Sakhis are standing at the main gate to Their palace singing Their praises. [1]
In their lotus hands they are offering pearl necklaces and flower garlands in a golden tray. His forehead is adorned with the sacred mark of red powder and the Sakhis now most joyfully perform the waving of lights around Them. [2]
"May this Couple forever reign in Sri Vrindavan." Such are the Blessings of these Vraja Ladies. When the Two of Them reign together in the forest bower the poet Paramanandadas surrenders to Them. [3]
