Thade Gaadhe Kunj Tar, Baadhe Main Maror.
Bheejat Kab In Drigan Te, Deshon Jugal Kisor.
(Pada) [Raag Malhar - Ektaal]
Bheejat Jab Dekhaun Ye Naina.
Shyama Ju Ki Surang Chunariya, Mohan Ko Uparaina.
Jugal Kishor Kunjarat Thade, Jatan Kiyo Kachhu Main Na.
Umadi Ghata Chahun Disi Shri Bhatt Ghiri Aai Jal Sena.
- Shri Bhatt Devacharya, Yugal Shatak (88)
(Doha)
To escape the rain, the divine couple stands beneath the dense groves, where even Cupid serves to ignite their nectar. When will my eyes behold such a couple (Shri Radha and Krishna), drenched in the rain and embracing each other?
(Pada)
Shri Bhatt Devacharya says, "When will I see the most beautiful clouds appearing in the sky, further will it be raining brightly and Will Shri Krishn’s Pitambar and Shri Radha’s Chunari become wet? Will they both stand under the shade of a tree at Nikunj. Are they soaking? Alas, I have not done anything for them to prevent them from soaking.
[As Shri Bhatt Devacharya was singing this verse, suddenly all the clouds appeared, it started raining, Nikunj is formed and Shri Radha Krishn’s exact pastimes he was singing, appeared before His eyes in the bowers of Vrindavan.]
