- Shri Bhagwat Rasik, Bhagwat Rasik Ki Vaani, Ananyanishchayatmak Granth, Uttarardh (37)

Here Bhagwat Rasik advises how an aspirant should spend his day in Vrindavan and perform Rasopasna. First of all, an aspirant should wake up early in the morning and take a bath in Shri Yamuna Ji, then pay obeisances to Nidhivan and then proceed further to have the ‘Darshan’ of Shri Banke Bihari Ji Maharaj. [1]

After this, One should sit at a clean solitary place [in Kunjas] and remember the divine leelas [mainly Rasa leelas of divine coupe] of Shri Radha Krishn. After this, One should go for Madhukari and eat the Prasada provided by Brajwasis. [2]

One should avoid meeting any person, should only associate with the Rasik devotees, and do Satsang. This way,  keeping one Karua (the pot which is used to drink water, made of the soil of Braj) in your hand and neckerchief in the neck, one should dwell in various groves in Vrindavan bringing the couple's form in your eyes and remember their form continuously.
