- Shri Dhruvdas, Bayalees Leela, Jeev Dasha (33)

Any amount of vow, austerity, recitation of Vedas, following rules, maintaining moral obligations, restraint like major modes of spiritual practices devoid of devotion brings only misery and troubles to the practitioner and these practices are like beggars who stay near the door of the Goddess of Devotion but cannot go inside it. [1]

Other spiritual practices as yoga, sacrifice, and pilgrimage, are also servants of the Goddess of Devotion, waiting with water-urn to wash-up Her feet. They are also not very special. What more, the highest religion of attainment of liberation gets neglected, so where is the place for small accomplishments (Siddhis). [2]
