On the occasion of Holi, a sukhi says to other sakhis, "Let us throw colours on Krishn. Let us rub the red gulala on His cheeks and the abira in His hair. [1]
Let us mix different colours in water, fill this water in pichkaris and drench Krishn thoroughly. Let us snatch away His black blanket and the staff and after tying Him up with a string take Him to Shri Radha. [2]
Then, tying a bride's chaplet on His head and dressing Him up like a new bride, let's make Him dance to the rhythm of our clapping." The whole plan was successfully worked out seeing which, Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji says, "I sacrifice myself on these maidens of Braja, but I specially sacrifice myself on their unique love, bound by which even the Supreme Lord has to face such a hard time."
