- Braj Ke Sewaiya
Receiving the command of Śrī Rādhikā, all the Gopīs suddenly pounced upon the charming Śrī Kṛṣṇa. [1]
They snatched away Śrī Kṛṣṇa’s yellow garment and waistband (upper garment) and dressed Him in a beautiful pink sari. [2]
Then they applied kohl to His eyes, adorned His feet with mahavar, and the Gopīs laughed as they looked at the dark-hued Lord. [3]
The sakhī-jīs then drag Him into the lanes of Śrī Rādhā’s neighborhood and compel Him to dance exquisitely there, just as they desire. [4]
