Near Vaṁśīvaṭa, upon the sacred banks of the Kālindī (Śrī Yamunā), Śrī Priyā and Priyatama joyfully swing upon a divine swing, while Śrī Raṅgadevī and the other sakhīs lovingly set the swing in motion.

Upon the lush green banks of Śrī Yamunā near Vaṁśīvaṭa, Śrī Priyā and Priyatama delight in swinging upon the hindolā. Śrī Raṅgadevī, Sudevī, Lalitā, Viśākhā, and the other sakhīs gently push the swing with loving care. [1]
Amidst the rumbling of rainclouds, the melodious calls of frogs and peacocks enchant the heart, making the lush land of Vṛndāvana even more delightful. [2]
As the clouds roar loudly and flashes of lightning illuminate the sky, the tender-hearted Śrī Priyā Jī, startled by the storm, lovingly clings to the heart of Her Beloved. Śrī Bhaṭṭa Jī repeatedly glorifies that enchanting vision of Śrī Yugal Kiśora, Śrī Śyāmā-Śyāma, and, overwhelmed with love, offers his very self at Their lotus feet. Thus, during the sacred month of Śrāvaṇa, Śrī Priyā-Priyatama delights their beloved sakhīs by bestowing upon them the joy of the hindolā festival in countless charming ways. [3]
