Kunj Gali Mein Ali Nikasi - Shri Raskhan, Ratnavali

(Sawaiya)
Kunj Gali Mein Ali Nikasi
Tahan Sanvare Dhota Kiyau Bhatbhero. [1]
Mai Ri Va Mukh Ki Muskan
Gayau Man Budhi Phirai Nahin Pherau.  [2]
Dori Liyau Drig Chori Liyau
Chit Daryau Hai Prem Ke Phand Ghanero. [3]
Kaise Karon Ab Kyon Niksaun
Raskhani Paryau Tan Roop Ko Ghero. [4]
- Shri Raskhan, Sri Raskhan Ratnavali

In the lane of the bower, when I (in the form of Gopī) stepped out, suddenly the dark-hued Śyāma (Kṛṣṇa) appeared before me, blocking my path.[1]

Oh! That smile on His face captivated my mind so completely that it can never be returned.[2]

With His eyes, He cast a thread and stole my heart, binding me tightly in the snares of love.[3]

Now what can I do? How can I escape? Raskhān says — the flood of that form has surrounded my body and mind from all sides.[4]
