- Shri Chhabeele Ji

One should give up all hopes in others, reside in Vṛndāvan, and lovingly serve the Nikuñjas of Vṛndāvan without caring about anyone else. [1]

One should fearlessly set aside unnecessarily practicing japa, penance, yoga, Vedic sacrifices, restraints, trance, attachment, jñāna, and meditation. [2]

Śrī Chābīle Jī says that those who are very fortunate obtain this bliss of Vṛndāvan only after giving up the desires of this material world as well as the spiritual world, and rejecting all kinds of begging from demigods, ancestors, devas, Bhairava, Goddess Durgā, ghosts, evil spirits, etc. [3]

The inner mood of such a blessed devotee is simply this: “I know only that I belong to Śrī Bānke Bihārī Jī, and Śrī Bihārī Jū is mine. Beyond this, I know nothing at all.” [4]
