- Shri Surdas, Sur Sagar
Lord Krishn says: My dear friends Subal, Sridama, listen! Vrindavan is very dear to me; that is why I come here to graze the cows in the forest from Braj. [1]
I forget all the pleasures of Kamdhenu, Kalpavriksha, and Vaikuntha, along with Lakshmi Devi. I find more pleasure in this Vrindavan, in this Yamuna bank, and grazing these cows here. [2]
Shri Surdas says, “Lord Krishn repeatedly says from His mouth that You all are extremely dear to me. All the friends were astonished to hear this because Shri Hari is directly showing the rare leelas and telling the secrets of Vrindavan to them”. [3]
