Pastimes:
According to Shri Gargasamhita - Once Sage Durvasa came to Braj Dham to have the darshan of Lord Shri Krishn. In Ramanreiti, he saw the most charming child Krishn, along with his fellow cowherd-children, rolling in the sand there, doing various types of children's games with each other. Seeing Krishn playing childish games with small children without any cloth on their bodies, Durvasa Ji was very surprised. In his mind, he started thinking - "Is this the same God? Why is he rolling on the earth with the children? To me, he seems to be only an ordinary child of Nanda, not Shri Krishn." When Sage Durvasa was thus disillusioned, child Krishn started laughing in front of his sight, laughing Krishn inhaled and Durvasa breathed into his mouth. Going inside his mouth, he entered Golok Dham directly. There the sage entered inside a most beautiful Nikunj and he had darshan of Shri Radha Vallabh Shyamsundar there.

Shri Krishn laughed seeing him, while laughing, being pulled by his breath, Durvasa Ji entered the Lord's mouth and came out again. When he came out, he saw the same little child, who was playing with the boys on the beautiful sand of Ramanreiti. Now Durvasa Ji understood that this child is the supreme entity of Godhead. Then Durvasa Ji started praising Shri Krishn with folded hands.
Many pastimes have happened here. Here Askaran Ji had a vision of such a Holi pastime, seeing which he stood there indifferently for 3 days, that Holi is very famous. King Askaran Ji has become a very famous devotee of the Vallabh sect. Ramanreiti is not only the place of Krishn's child pastimes, but it is also the place of Radha Krishn's youthful pastimes, but few people know this.
There is a very special thing here, where you see everyone rolling in the dust of this place. At this place, one can see Raman Bihari Temple, and Raman Kund located near the site. Also, very near to this place is Raskhan Samadhi.
