Mukharvind, Giriraj Govardhan - Various Divine Shilas

Pastimes :
There are many pastime places of Shri Radha Krishn in Govardhan. The full moon of Karvachauth is present on one rock, while at one place Lord Shiva is seated in the form of Gopeshwar Mahadev Gopi who had darshan of Maharaas dance. There is a bowl in a rock of Govardhan, which is the bowl of Shri Krishn, in which he has eaten butter and curd. On a rock, there is a mark of the hoof of Shri Krishn's cow. There is a footprint of Shri Krishn at one place, where Shri Krishn played the flute and fed the cows while standing on one of the feet. On one rock there is a sign of Surabhi cow's hoof, while on one rock there is a shadow of Hanuman Ji when he was carrying Sanjeevani. There is a fisalni (slippery) rock at one place where Shri Krishn used to play with his friends. On the other hand, 10 fingerprints of Shri Krishn are inscribed. Shri Balram Ji is seated in the form of Luk-Luk Dau Ji. It was from here that Balram Ji had hidden sight of Maharaas dance, hence his name was Luk-Luk Dauji, mother Revati, wife of Balram Ji is seated nearby. The eyes of Balaram Ji are inscribed on a rock nearby. The great serpent Sheshnag is inscribed on a rock near the Luk-Luk Dauji temple, who comes out from here once a year in the midnight of Sharad Purnima and after wandering for some time, he disappears at this place. Nearby are the symbols of rainbow and conch on a rock. Once Shri Krishn started resting on a rock while grazing the cows, due to which his earmarks were inscribed on that rock, which is located near Luk-Luk Dauji Temple. In Mukharvind itself, Shri Krishn held the Govardhan mountain on his little finger. Here on a rock the marks of the claws of Balaram Ji are inscribed. When Surabhi cow had come from heaven with Indra to have darshan of Shri Krishn, here on a rock, milk started flowing from the udders of Surabhi cow, which was inscribed on the rock, even today that rock is visible in Mukharvind. A horse also came from heaven with Surabhi cow, whose name was Shyamkarna, its hoof is present on a rock. On a rock near them are inscribed the footprints of Airavata, the elephant vehicle of Indra.
