- Shri Parmanand Das Ji, Parmanand Sagar (1001)
Who is such a Rasika, who has such a love to understand these matters? O Sakhi, Who else can I tell about my agony of separation in this body, apart from Lord Krishna? [1]
Where are those banks of Yamuna where beautiful pastimes of the Lord used to happen? Where are those moonlit nights of Sharad (autumn)? [2]
Where is that forest resting bed decorated with fresh flowers and soft leaves? [3]
Where is that fragrant wind blowing slowly? Where are the bumblebees hovering over the lotus flowers blooming in the water? [4]
Shri Parmanand Das says, "Where is that lotus-eyed Shyam Sundar bestowing the highest bliss of His darshan (glimpses) and His embrace?" [5]
