One may diligently follow various regulatory practices, such as japa, penance, fasting, restraints, injunctions, and prohibitions, as long as the nectar of pure love does not touch one's heart. [1]
The moment even a trace of that nectar touches the heart, all these physical practices lose their significance. [2]
Śrī Bihārī Dev Jī Mahārāj says, "Then who can describe the glory of such a person who has attained the sweetest treasure of nectar (of divine love) of the divine couple Śrī Rādhā-Kṛṣṇa?" [3]
O dear friend, no matter how many times you attempt to persuade such an individual, one who tenderly loves Śrī Rādhā-Kṛṣṇa cannot be bound by any regulations or restrictions. [4]
