An aspirant of a 'Sakhi Bhava' should wake up early in the morning and contemplate oneself as a Sakhi (ever-youthful maiden), and then engage in 'Manasi Seva' (service through the mind) to the divine couple Shri Radha Krishn and drink the nectar of their beauty. [1]
First of all, anoint the limbs of the divine couple, and then bathe them. After that, decorate them with various kinds of ornaments and clothes. A sadhaka, then, should wear Swaminiji's [Radha's] prasadi ecstatically, that is, ornaments and clothes given to her by Swaminiji. [2]
A Sadhak must always feel that she is in the association of Sakhis like Lalita and she is serving the divine couple lovingly along with them. Shri Albeli Ali says, "I sacrifice myself to Vanshi Ali as it is because of Him that She is serving the divine couple in the Kunj Mahal [palace]". [3]
