- Shri Bhatt Devacharya, Yugal Shatak (91)

(Doha)
During the time Shri Radha Krishn returns from the Nikunjas of Vrindavan, it begins to rain. As Sri Radha's beautiful Chunari begins to get wet, Shri Lalji [Krishn] embraces it with His heart.

(Pad)
The divine couple is drenched in rain as they come from the ever-new bowers. Shri Lalji embraces Shri Radha's Chunari as raindrops fall (in order to protect Shri Radha from the rain). [1]

In an attempt to save Shri Radha from the heavy rain, Shri Lalji suggested taking a momentary rest underneath the dense tree together. Shri Bhatt Devacharya says, “All glories to Shri Krishn, the crest jewel among the Rasikas, and Shri Radha, the personified form of sweetest nectar, who relishes utmost happiness together”. [2]
