- Shri Surdas, Sursagar

O Sri Radha, Shri Krishna's thoughts are solely devoted to contemplating Your name. He adorns the garland of Your virtues and chants it ceaselessly like the rhythmic counting of japa beads in His hands. [1]

With closed eyes, He immerses Himself in meditation, holding Your form so firmly in His mind that His eyelids remain motionless. Not even a single pore of Your beauty escapes His remembrance. [2]

As your beloved Krishna is so much devoted to You, why do You exhibit such harshness towards Him? Shri Surdas [in the mood of a Sakhi] humbly beseeches You to fulfill Shri Krishna's desires and meet Him without delay.  [3]
