- Shri Sanket Ali, Sanket Lata
Upon seeing Their gait, the elephants and swans are ashamed; the shine of Their toenails exceeds the moon’s radiance. [1]
Seeing the reddened soft soles of Their lotus feet, the sakhīs sacrifice themselves time and again, as They walk gently in the forest groves situated at Yamunā’s shore. [2]
The jingling of Their anklets captivates Cupid’s mind; the red mahāvar adorning Their lotus feet is magnificent and as tender as a lotus. [3]
Śrī Saṅket Alī says, “The divine couple roams along the banks of Yamunā, spreading fragrance through the air; pure bliss showers the movement when the most lovely Śrī Rādhā, accompanied by Śrī Kṛṣṇa, the beloved son of Nand, arrives at the grove”. [4]
