- Shri Chandrasakhi Ji

Oh friend, today is the festival of Holi in Braj, where everyone forcefully smears colors on each other.
From every household, the maidens of Braj have arrived, some with dark complexions, some fair. [1]

In this grand celebration of Holi, on one side, Shri Krishna, the ever-youthful one, has arrived, and on the other, fair-complexioned Shri Radha has arrived. [2]

Some maidens have brought perfume, and some sandalwood, while others apply gulal (red powder) on the faces. [3]

During this Holi festival, the sky turned red because Shri Radha, Shri Krishna, and the maidens of Braj joyfully showered each other with handfuls of gulal. [4]

Shri Chandra Sakhi ji proclaims that through the grace of her Gurudev Shri Bal Krishna ji, she is blessed to witness this divine Holi celebration and bestows such blessings upon the divine couple Shri Shyam-Shyam, wishing that they remain together forever in such divine bliss. [5]
