- Shri Madhuri Das, Vanshivat Madhuri (290)

The divine couple, Śrī ŚyāmaŚyām, are seated on a bed of fresh flowers, gazing at each other’s beauty and adorning each other with flowers. [1]

Śrī Rādhā’s hair is braided with flowers, and She wears a floral crown atop Her head. Both beloveds have bodies as tender as blossoms, adorned with garlands of flowers around Their necks. [2]

Their tongues and rows of teeth resemble flowers; Their bodies are beautifully decorated with flowers, from head to toe, making Them appear as if They are branches of flowers Themselves. [3]

Śrī Madhurī Dās Jī says that even the weight of the flowers is burdensome for Śrī ŚyāmaŚyām, as both are more delicate than the flowers Themselves. [4]
