A mind that constantly gazes upon women with sensual intent becomes absorbed in that very form — it takes on the nature of sensuality itself. [1]
A mind that gets angry takes the form of anger itself. [2]
If the mind is always absorbed in material illusion (māyā), then it drowns in the deep well of illusion. [3]
But if the mind contemplates the Supreme Brahman, then it transforms and becomes of the very nature of Brahman itself. [4]
