O dear friend! The divine couple, Śrī Śyāma‑Śyām, are joyfully swinging on a swing. In the ever‑fresh, blossoming forest‑temple of nikuṃja, the most magnificent and graceful, Śrī Rādhā, is lovingly engaged in sweet love‑play with Her beloved, Śrī Kṛṣṇa. [1]
Sometimes Kṛṣṇa gently swings His beloved, and at other times, the tender‑hearted Priya‑jū swings Him. The sakhīs, with Śrī Lalitā and the others, behold these delightful nikuṃja‑līlās, completely entranced and filled with waves of divine ecstasy. [2]
