Śrī Harirāma Vyāsa, absorbed in the mood of a confidential sakhī, offers a heartfelt prayer to Śrī Rādhā—
O Śrī Rādhe! Your beloved Śrī Kṛṣṇa sings only Your glories without cease. He chants none but Your holy name and sheds tears heavily in the agony of separation. Divine passion has so tormented Kṛṣṇa that he is utterly restless, wholly agitated in your devotion. [1]
O Pyārī Jū! The unbearable anguish that Śrī Mohana suffers in Your absence cannot be expressed in words. His very life-breath has risen to His throat—such is the extremity of His viraha, as though He endures a death-like torment. Śrī Harirāma Vyāsa humbly pleads, “O my Svāminī Śrī Rādhe! Bestow Your merciful darśana upon Him now and preserve His life, so that Śrī Hari may once again taste the ‘adharāmṛta’ (nectar of Your lips).” [2]
