(Rag Malhar)
Dou Jan Kridat Hain Ban Manhi.
Umad-Ghat Ghumdi Chahun Disitain,
Dekhat Ur Na Samanhi. [1]
Dekhi Ghata Dhavat Kunjanikaun,
Bich Hi Bundani Anhi.
"Krishnadas" Gahi Ot Kadamb Ki,

- Shri Krishndas, Shri Krishndas Adhikari Ji Ki Vani (720)

The divine Couple, Śrī Rādhā-Kṛṣṇa, are immersed in playful pastimes within Vṛndāvana. Beholding the dark rainclouds gathering and rolling in from all directions, Their hearts overflow with joy. [1]

Seeing the clouds, They quickly turn toward the nikunjas, but before They can arrive, raindrops begin to fall along the path. Śrī Kṛṣṇadāsa says that the two then take shelter beneath a kadamba tree, and standing there, drenched in the rain, They appear exceedingly charming and enchanting. [2]
