Oh sakhī! Without beholding the dark-complexioned Śrī Kṛṣṇa, I find not a moment of peace. My heart remains restless at every moment, for my eyes thirst constantly to gaze upon His incomparable beauty. [1]
His wondrous splendor, His gentle, sweet smile, His sidelong glance, and His sweet gestures—all of these have completely immersed me with love. Śrī Nārāyaṇa Svāmī says that hearing the sweet words of Śrī Kṛṣṇa, I have gone mad. [2]
