Many great saints have expressed the view that to take birth or reside in Braja, even as a tree, creeper, blade of grass, or in any other form, is itself a supreme blessing. Yet the firm conviction of the rasikas goes even further: that even the final relinquishing of this mortal body should also take place in the very lap of the transcendental dust of Braja.
