In the sacred courtyard of Braja, a magnificent divine swing-festival has been lovingly arranged. As this wondrous celebration unfolds within the secluded bowers of Śrī Vṛndāvana, even Lord Śiva is swept away by the flood of divine bliss and begins to dance His ecstatic Tāṇḍava. [1]
All around, the sakhīs dance in delight, express graceful loving gestures, and fill the groves with pure and melodious singing. Gosvāmī Śrī Harirāya Jī declares that, upon beholding the incomparable beauty of Śrī Śyāmā-Śyāma in this divine festival, his heart becomes utterly absorbed in supreme love-bliss. [2]
