O Lord of Braj, Śrī Kṛṣṇa! Please do not look at the account of my deeds; that is, do not pay attention to my faults. Instead, graciously take my hand and hold it firmly within Your lotus hand. The meaning is that my deeds are so unworthy that my deliverance can never be possible on their strength. But if, out of Your grace, You accept me as Your own and hold my hand, only then can my deliverance be possible.
