(Kavitt)

Koi Dorai Dvarika Kau Koi Kashi Jaganath,
Koi Dorai Mathura Ko Haridvar Nhaat Hai. [2]

- Shri Sundaradasa Ji

The Supreme Lord Himself is directly present within the heart of every human being. Yet, unaware of the indwelling Lord within, people wander far and wide in search of Him, not realizing that the One they seek is already within their own hearts. [1]

Driven by this ignorance, some run to Dvārikā, some journey to Kāśī and Jagannātha Purī, while others rush toward Mathurā, and some go to Haridvāra to bathe in the Gaṅgā. [2]

Some climb extremely difficult, inaccessible mountains to hasten toward Badrīnātha Dhāma, while others journey to Kedāranātha and rejoice inwardly at having completed the journey. [3]

Sundaradāsa Jī says that when the Sadguru, by His grace, bestows the divine eyes of knowledge upon the soul, then that telescope of divine vision reveals the seemingly distant Supreme Lord as directly present, exceedingly near, within the heart. [4]
