The divine couple, Śrī Śyāmā Śyāma, are magnificently seated in the nikunja forest. All around them, mālatī, mādhavī, and various kinds of beautiful flowers are in full bloom, beautifying the entire divine abode. [1]
Both sahacarīs (companions) Lalitā and Viśākhā are singing melodically. Their hearts overflowing with supreme bliss as they gaze lovingly upon the lotus-like faces of Śrī Rādhā and Śrī Kṛṣṇa, just as the cakora bird gazes continuously and lovingly upon the radiant moon. [2]
The Divine Couple are wholly immersed in the blissful sweetness of Their intimate plays of love that even Cupid Himself feels ashamed before its incomparable splendour. Śrī Kṛṣṇadāsa Jī declares, “My beloved Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa, the lifter of Govardhana Hill, and Śrī Rādhā Jū are the very life and soul of every resident of Vraja.” [3]
