Raag Alhaiya

Raag Alhaiya Bilawal is an auspicious, simple, and serene raag from the Bilawal thaat. It follows a Sampoorna-Sampoorna structure, using all seven natural (shuddh) notes. The vadi (main note) is Dha, and the samvadi (second important note) is Ga. It is performed in the morning (6 AM – 9 AM) and evokes a calm and auspicious mood.

   Shri Krishn, enslaved by the nectar of divine love, worships the Lotus Feet of his beloved Shri Radha and embraces those Lotus Feet to His heart.
