Śrī Kānta Rasika Jī says that one may give extensive discourses on Śrī Bhagavad Gītā and Śrīmad Bhāgavata Mahāpurāṇa, but if one’s heart is as hard as stone, one cannot understand the true mystery of this rasopāsanā. Only rasika devotees, whose hearts are filled with pure love, can enter this realm (the eternal Vṛndāvana) of the ‘Ananya Rasikas’ (exclusive rasikas).
The divine couple are not confined within the limits of philosophical doctrines such as Dvaita, Advaita, Dvaitādvaita, or Viśiṣṭādvaita. They stand beyond all the logical debates of the Vedas, completely independent and immersed in divine rasa. For the rasikas, this supremely beloved pair of Śyāmā-Śyāma alone is the sole object of worship and the very source of life.
Ever since I have taken refuge in the incomparable sovereign, Svāmī Śrī Haridāsa Jī, all the false bonds of the world have fallen away, and I have attained the supremely radiant nectar of divine rasa.
The entire world remains absorbed in fulfilling its own selfish desires, while what is called spirituality, welfare, or charity is often nothing more than a display. Grand words are spoken about divine love and sacred rasa, yet the inner heart holds no treasure at all.
With a mind fully surrendered, I bow at the lotus feet of Śrī Swāmī Haridās Jī, who has revealed the nectarean sweetness of His heart, the eternal nitya vihār of the Divine Couple.
In Śrī Dham Vṛndāvan, ever-new waves of divine love (prema-rasa) continuously rise and flow. There, the beloved Divine Couple, Śrī Rādhā-Kṛṣṇa, laugh, play, and sway like delicate creepers in the breeze.
Neither do I criticize anyone, nor do I engage in anyone’s praise to win favor. Shri Kant Rasik says that the only true ornament of my heart is none other than my beloved Master, Swami Shri Haridas Ji.
Shri Kant Rasik says, I place my mind at the supremely sacred lotus feet of Shri Swami Haridas Ji, for there is no greater means to behold and experience the sweetness of the rasa leelas of the divine couple, Sri Shyama Shyam.
In the Nitya Vihāra worship of Svāmī Śrī Haridāsa Jī, the usual ritual impurities of Sūtaka (associated with childbirth) and Pātaka (associated with death) hold no significance.
Some are intoxicated [filled with pride] due to their penance and charity. Some are intoxicated due to their wealth, prestige, etc. Some are intoxicated due to their knowledge and virtues, and some are intoxicated due to their way of talking.
