Unaware that Her Beloved had climbed the branches of the Kadamba tree, Sri Radha was immersed in a heartfelt conversation with Her sakhi about His glories when the pangs of separation overtook Her. As she looked around in longing, her gaze suddenly turned upward—and upon seeing Her Beloved, Her lotus-like face blushed with shyness and divine love-bliss. May such Shri Radha be my ultimate refuge.
Keeping the chewed betel leaf of the beloved [Krishn] in the mouth, waking up early in the morning after performing the pastimes at night and pondering to cleanse the reddened mouth, while coming home from the groves, resting for some time on the way, whose limbs are exhausted by the night pastime, may such Shri Radha lovingly provide me Her chewed betel leaf.
When will I be grateful to attain the sight of Shri Radha, who puts Her arms around Shri Shyamsundar’s neck, whose eyes are like a lotus blooming, the sidelong glance of which showers the divine-love bliss to Shri Krishn, who sings sweetly with great joy and in proper rhythm with the sound of the flute of Shri Krishn.
Beloved [Lord Krishn] gave a signal from His eyes to Shri Priya Ji [Radha] to arrive at the ever-new forest of Nikunj to relish the amorous pastimes [‘Keli leela’], where a beautiful flower bed is decorated with pictures of various colors in the dense forest which is filled with the sweet humming sounds of bumblebees where a fragrant breeze gently blows. In such a secluded place, May Shri Radha provides me the service of Her lotus feet.
May Shri Radha always resides in my heart who cordially invites Shri Krishn to His house in the early morning in a very secretive manner, serves Him with great joy, feeds Him with great pleasure, and quenches the pain of separation of the heart of Her beloved Lord Shri Krishn.
May I always chant the name "Radhey" which is the treasure of all the scriptures and Vedas, and the secret which is hidden from all. May I never chant anything other than this name. May the lotus feet of the divine couple Shri Radha Krishn always reside in my heart.
I have no desire for liberation nor for entrance to the heavenly abode of Lord Krishna. I desire not the fruits of Yoga nor of knowledge nor the fleeting pleasures of the senses
